Today I’m providing you with a simple checklist that allows you to assess if you’re nurturing yourself. Take a moment to identify what you need to do versus what you’re already doing.

  • Listen to Your Body: Tune in to the signals your body sends you, from physical sensations to emotional cues. Prioritize self-compassion by honoring your body’s needs and respecting its limits.
